 Criteria for Writers

  • Writers must be currently based in the East Midlands of England

  • This opportunity is for playwrights who have gone beyond a beginner stage in their writing

  • This means you've had at least one play professionally produced (see FAQs for a definition of terms), and you consider yourself to be writing to a professional standard

  • If you are getting paid regularly as a playwright, even if it is not your main income, please do not apply for this opportunity: this is for writers who aren’t there yet!
